The patient was a middle-aged female. The disease duration was six years. The patient suffered from pain when she squatted, bent forward or backward. Recently, the patient felt painful even when lying in the bed; particularly, the posterior aspect of the lower limbs were severely painful.
The patient sought help from several hospitals and was diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation by magnetic resonance (MR) examination. She was recommended to do surgery.
Then patient presented in my clinic and received massage combined with manual repositioning. After treatments, pain in the waist and the legs as well as movement disorder disappeared entirely.
